My Approach
I’m passionate about supporting organizations who want to make a difference, yet no longer at the cost of their people’s health or happiness. I host sessions online and in person, from 3-300+ participants. My goal is to foster (leadership) cultures, in which we don’t have to lead and live like machines anymore - yet can honor and unlock the potential of us being human again.
My workshops integrate my personal experience of stress through burnout and high-sensitivity, with my professional experience in leadership coaching, neuroscience and mindfulness.
All my formats provide participants with simple science-backed tools they can use every day, and focus on building trust and openness.
